The Name of the Game in Effective Guidance is Environment, Environment, Environment!

This class is a very specific look at the way to set up a family care home or classroom that is appropriate in every way for young children. We will discuss exactly what is realistic to expect behaviorally from each age. We will look at appropriate activities for each age, schedules that meet the needs of children and how to set up an environment that promotes independence, collaboration and cooperation. We have found that an appropriate environment with appropriate expectations can eliminate most "problems".
